Federal Bureau of Investigation Fugitive Task Force 1995 to 1998

Assigned to the FBI in a multi-jurisdictional unit.
Primary duty was to locate and apprehend federal, state and local fugitives.
Incorporated numerous tactical techniques during high-risk warrant arrests.
This assignment is inherently one of the most dangerous assignments in law
enforcement.
Retained a top-secret clearance during this assignment.

King County Sheriff’s Office Vice Control Unit 1993 to 1995

Conduct investigations related to illegal gambling, and all avenues of prostitution.
Operated in numerous short-term undercover assignments.
Conducted investigations in which confidential and sensitive information was obtained.
Handled numerous confidential informants. Successfully incorporated
information provided into criminal investigations.

King County Sheriff’s Office Street Crimes Unit 1991 to 1993

Conducted investigations related to but not limited to street level drug trafficking, prostitution, auto theft rings, stolen property rings and robberies.
Directed by precinct command staff to handle crimes in problem areas.

King County Sheriff’s Office Field Operations Unit 1989 to 1991

Conducted investigations that have been profiled on Americas Most Wanted, Unsolved Mysteries.
Appeared on broadcasts of Unsolved Mysteries, The Justice Files, Operation Safe Streets and Northwest Afternoon.
Spearheaded the King County Sheriff’s Office Cold Case Homicide and Missing Person Team.
Responsible for the review and re-investigation of one hundred-thirty unsolved homicide and sixty suspicious missing person investigations.
Served as a Hostage Negotiator from 1997 to 2004.
The first Executive Protection Specialist hired by Vulcan Inc.
